The Bulgarian Red Cross has alerted Bulgarian authorities that the Red Crescent has been registered in Targovishte in a direct violation of the Geneva Convention from 1949 and of Bulgaria`s own law for the Red Cross. Hunters in Bulgaria give up on their hobby because of the new annual tax of 50 leva for the managing of the game. Unemployment rate in Dobrich district was 6, 27% in the end of November and 6,13% a month earlier. That became clear at a press conference of the Regional Employment Service, FOCUS - Varna radio informed. Now the rate of unemployment is lower compared to the same period last year whet it scored 7,2%.

Five new jails - near Sofia, Pleven, Varna, Haskovo and Veliko Tarnovo, will be built over the next seven years, provides the Strategy for development of prisons adopted by the government. About 6000 sentenced will be imprisoned in the new jails. The new prisons in Sofia and Varna will be situated on a desert lawn near the two towns, and the present ones, which are in the central area, will be closed.
