The Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) will fine 11 companies responsible for winter cleaning of national roads to pay more than BGN 424,000, the agency reported. Chinese investors have shown interest in our four ports, said the Deputy Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology Kamen Kichev. Level of Danube River close to the town of Silistra has increased by 11cm over the last 24 hours reaching 794cm, press centre of the Agency for Exploration and Maintenance of the Danube River announced. The level of the water close to Ruse is up by 4cm reaching 816cm; in Nikopol  - by 1 cm to 789cm. There is no change reported in the town of Svishtov , while in Novo Selo and Vidin there is 4cm decrease to 782cm and 855cm, respectively.
