Bulgaria is opening a procedure to award two 35-year concession contracts for the Ruse-centre port terminal. The terminal services passengers` ships, solely. The concessionaire of the terminal, located on the Danube river, will be required to invest over BGN 766,000 in the first six years of the contract`s term and at least BGN 1.65 million by the end of the term. The most important requirement for the choice of the future investor will be fixed sum of concession fee - it will have a 50 % weight.
