The Dutch minister on European affairs Frans Timmermans arrives in Sofia on the invitation of his Bulgarian colleague Gergana Gruncharova. The invitation was made after the two ministers had discussed the BBC film “Bulgaria`s abandoned children” and the reaction it had caused in the Dutch society after it was broadcast on the TV. Minister Timmermans was invited to see and decide by himself the measures that the Bulgarian authorities had undertaken in the Mogilino case.
