From 1st of October BTC changes some phone dialing codes of Bulgarian towns and villages in districts Ruse (5 places) and Razgrad (98 places). The changes in Ruse district range over 3 municipalities, while in Razgrad district there are changes in all 7 municipalities. Both district center - towns Ruse and Razgrad will keep their current dialing codes respectively (082) and (084).
