The Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) will fine 11 companies responsible for winter cleaning of national roads to pay more than BGN 424,000, the agency reported. Bulgarian blue-chip veterinary drug maker Biovet (BSE:53B) said on Thursday it would invest EUR 25 million in the construction of a new plant at its production site in Razgrad . For a sixth consecutive quarter, home prices in Bulgaria staged a decline, shedding an average of 2.3% to BGN 978/sq m between January and March 2010, show the latest numbers of the National Statistical Institute (NSI).
