The village of Skortsite (The Starlings) is virtually submerged in the curvaceous slopes of the Balkan Range. Though it is just seven kilometers away from the town of Tryavna , it is a haven almost untouched by the woes of the dynamic 21 c. Cars are nowhere to be seen. Pubs, hotels and even people are absent either. In fact the village has not a single permanent resident. Most of its houses have been abandoned, and even tourists tend to bypass Skortsite . Nevertheless, this place lost in the Balkan Ran...
