A 25-year-old man died on spot after a metal beam fell over him at a building site in Bulgaria`s town of Gabrovo on Friday. The construction element collapsed from about 13-meter-high platform, witnesses said. The victim as well as the other members of the working brigade come from the town of Svishtov, reports claim. The reasons for the accident are still under investigation.

Two youngsters, both at the age of 18are in coma after the car they were riding in hit against a minibus in Bulgaria`s town of Gabrovo late on Thursday. The accident occurred after the victims decided to compete with another vehicle on the road. Equipment of the local fire brigades has been used so that rescue teams could pull the injured teenagers out of the smashed car. The lives of both of them are still in danger, doctors from the Regional Hospital reported. The two men, who were traveling by the minibus, have also been hospitalized with serious injuries.
