Veliko Turnovo Municipality enters with 42, 000 EUR an international project for steady city tourism, money.bg announced. The Julia Company will build a rural tourism complex in the village of Tsareva Livada, in the Drianovo municipality. The property will comprise 30 residential buildings and related infrastructure. The regional environment inspectorate in Veliko Tarnovo has approved the investment proposal because the site is not a part of any protected areas. The complex is in the vicinity of a number of cultural heritage landmarks like Etara, Bozhentsi and Tsarevets. According to the company registration, Julia is owned by a Russian national.
